VERSUS/VERSES

A Collection of Poems

Explore an obscure realm of ruins and regret, love and hope, depicted through poetry.

'Versus/Verses', the first collection of poems by Andrei Rus, explores the more obscure aspects of the mind, diving into an abyss of memories, fears and uncertainty.

Not only a collection of poems, but of conflicting ideas, the book focuses on themes such as pain, regret and sadness, but also love, hope, change and overcoming adversity. It is an anthology of life experiences, to which the author applies heavy poetic filters, but also of fictional works unbound by physical reality.

The book contains more than 90 poems that reflect topics such as nature, psychology and relationships.

'Versus/Verses - A Collection of Poems' is available now on Amazon in PAPERBACK, HARDCOVER or EBOOK format.

Also available digitally in ebook format on Apple Books, Google Play and Rakuten Kobo.

About the Author image
Andrei Rus started writing poetry in 2019, thus finding a way to express his deepest thoughts and emotions, focusing on ideas such as pain, regret, but also finding love, hope and motivation in an ever more uncertain context.

He studied psychology and is fascinated by nature, technology and spirituality. These themes are closely intertwined throughout his work.

His poems evoke dark, claustrophobic settings and, in stark contrast, lush, natural scenery
that denotes warmth and a sense of peace, fleeting as it may be.
